Thu May 6, 4666  The number of hospitals in your country is insufficient. If you do not have enough doctors, senior doctors or nurses, change the education priorities to produce the staff you need. Health is an important factor in the game and influences the welfare in your country. The health index contributes to your score as president. Low healthcare levels will cause civil unrest. Your population will not accept bad health care if the country can afford better quality.
